YALSA’s 2014 Morris/Nonfiction Reading Challenge

I'm excited to start this blogging thing again. This challenge sounds fun! I am able to check out all but 1 at my public library. It is the one by the author Carrie Mesrobian. If anyone knows how I can borrow a copy, please let me know!

Charm & Strange about werewolves didn't have a main character with many redeeming qualities. I didn't particular like the book.
In the Shadow of Blackbirds is a sad story of a young girl whose romance to a dead young man surpasses death and his murder. It was pretty good!

Dr. Bird's Advice for Sad Poets is a beautiful work of prose. The young has a frightful life without his sister. He doesn't have much of a family or friends. He is such a sad poet.
